About the role
You introduce us to retailers, brands or retail groups who need merchandising or store support work. We handle delivery entirely — you earn commission on what you bring in. There's no salary, no retainer, and no minimum activity required. If nothing sells, nothing is owed either way, in both directions.
This structure — flexible hours, no fixed targets, and no phone calls required at any stage — was built around removing a specific communication barrier, and it genuinely makes the role accessible for a lot of people beyond that too. How you're paid
You introduce a client who books a one-off job — a reset, a changeover, a store opening.
You sign an entire retail group or brand onto ongoing work — you earn on every project they book for a full year, not just the first.

What we're looking for
- Existing relationships with retailers, brand marketing teams or category managers are a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working independently — no micromanagement, no targets, no minimum hours
- Confident having commercial conversations and following up on leads
