Two ways to work with us
Casual field work paid hourly, or commission-only sales you can run from anywhere. Both are flexible and self-employed, and applying is written-only — no phone calls at any stage.
Casual Retail Merchandiser
Shelf resets, stock replenishment and store support visits across our coverage area. No experience necessary — full guidance given on site.
New business bonus
Bring us a store contract that gets signed and you'll earn 25% of the net profit from that contract, on top of your normal hourly rate for any work you do on it.
Net profit = revenue invoiced for that work minus the wage costs of delivering it · Paid for the first 12 months of each contract · Paid once the client has paid us
What a typical overnight shift looks like
So you know exactly what you're applying for, not a vague job description.
Quick briefing
You're talked through the job on site — what needs doing, where things are. First shift always includes full guidance, no assumptions made.
The actual work
Resets, replenishment or moves, working from a clear brief — never guesswork.
Photos and sign-off
A few photos of finished work, then you're done. Pay is calculated on hours worked, confirmed the same week.
Sales Agent — Commission Only
Self-employed, work your own hours from anywhere. No salary and no retainer — you earn on what you bring in, with nothing owed either way if nothing sells.
You introduce a client who books a one-off job — a reset, a changeover, a store opening.
You sign an entire retail group or brand onto ongoing work — you earn on every project they book with us for a full year, not just the first.
Example: sign a 25-store group onto monthly merchandising and Tier 2 pays roughly £2,880 over the year. A 60-store group is closer to £10,300.
Paid on invoiced revenue, not profit after costs · Paid once the client has paid us · No cap on earnings
Exactly how you get paid
Commission-only understandably raises "how do I know I'll actually get paid?" — here's the full process, nothing hidden.
You introduce a client
Send us the contact, or connect us directly — whichever's easier for you.
We agree the work and quote it
You're kept in the loop as the deal progresses, so there's no black box.
The job runs, the client is invoiced
Your commission is calculated on that invoice value there and then.
Client pays us, you get paid
Your commission is paid out promptly once the invoice clears — not chased, not delayed.
Apply now
Takes about two minutes. Applications go straight through for review and we reply by email or text — whichever you prefer.
Questions people ask before applying
Applications go straight to us for review — typically within 48 hours, by whichever contact method you chose on the form.
No. Full guidance is given on your first shift, and every job runs from a clear written brief — you're never working from guesswork.
No catch, no retainer, no fees on your end. Commission is calculated on invoiced revenue and paid once the client pays us — see the exact step-by-step process above. If nothing sells, nothing is owed either way, in both directions.
Yes — select "Either / not sure yet" on the form and we'll discuss both with you.
A short written exchange to confirm details — nothing formal, and never a phone call unless you'd genuinely prefer one.
Yes, both roles are flexible and self-employed. Merchandising shifts are booked around your availability, and sales work fits around whatever else you're doing.
