Labour is priced per hour, per worker — with a 3-hour minimum billed per store visit, so travel and setup time is always covered even on a short job. Overnight work carries a standard shift loading, priced the same transparent way as daytime work.
Travel is a flat fee per booking, not per worker — because your team travels together in one vehicle, so the fuel cost doesn't multiply by headcount. It's grounded in HMRC's approved mileage rate, not a guessed markup.
Accommodation only applies when it's genuinely needed — a multi-day job far from base, independent of whether the work itself happens during the day or overnight.
